• All claims must be reported to the company on Acord Loss Forms by the Agent
  • Property Loss Notice - Acord 1 ( 2/88 )
  • Automobile Loss Notice - Acord 2 ( 2/88 )
  • General Liability Loss Notice Acord 3-S ( 2/88 )
• Assignments of claims to adjusters are made by the company.

Notice To Company By Fax

• All losses should be reported by Fax with an Acord Loss Notice by the Agent.
• You may also have the Insured or Claimant contact our Claims Department at 1-800-392-9966

• You may report a claim by going to our web site at www.granadainsurance.com
